Pancake Party

Sunday afternoon my apartment decided to have a get together and throw a pancake party--after church of course :) It was delicious. I mean, who doesn't love pancakes topped with nutella, coconut syrup, strawberries, pineapple, and whipped cream? It was originally only supposed to be us and one other apartment, but news of our get together's usually tend to get around, so it ended up being a pretty big thing. The girl to guy ratio was definitely off (sorry guys), but that's usually how apartment 206 rolls.

Shootin' Stuff

So I have a couple hick friends up here and I love it. We just have so much fun. One Friday night all of my roommates were either out of town or on a date. So I decided to call up my friend Polson to see what he was up to. Of course he was doing some "super redneck stuff" (in his words) and he invited me to tag along. I couldn't resist. We went to his house and I chatted it up with his mama while he got all the shooting gear together. The rest of the night consisted of shooting guns and hunting porcupines--two things I've definitely never done before. It was a way fun night in the country. Just one of those things I love about good ol' Idaho.
